OpenBubbles

Benny has just released his own version of Bubbles, called "OpenBubbles." The creation of this program seems to serve a few points: First of all, to bring Bubbles to a non-proprietary code- He uses C++ SDL libraries, as opposed to the Game Maker environment I use. Second of all, to release his own version of my game under the GNU GPL. The only difference between the GPL and my Creative Commons license is that anybody can sell the game under the GPL.

Personally, I'm a bit flattered that he went to the effort to remake this game. I'm not at all bothered by it, if you're curious- he gave me original credit for the game design, so I am satisfied. Maybe I'll even try using SDL on my own games. Please realize that I only use game maker because it is convenient for myself; my top priority is to make good, fun games. Making them open source takes a backseat to that.

Good job, Benny!
